PARIS BAR’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMMISSION

As part of Paris bar’s intellectual property commission which will take place on October 16, 2013 at the « Maison du Barreau », Alain Clery is going to present an update on the seizure of counterfeit goods with Mr Eric Halphen, Vice President of the 3rd Chamber 2nd section of the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris, Mr Eric Albou, bailiff in Paris and Mr Jacques Armengaud, Lawyer at the Paris Bar.
